  • Guarantor Letter and ID
  • Passport sized photo
  • Proof of residence – sketch map
  • Physical Collateral (perfection may align concurrent with execution of contract)
  • Valid/authenticated Purchase Order/Contract

Threshold

  • K30,000,000 to K250,000,000

    •  Processing fee: 10%
    • Insurance:1%
    • Interest: 5% pm

Repayment period

  • Tenure1 to 12 months 
As loan repayment is usually by bullet payment, Grace period in not applicable
